I’ve been lucky enough to photograph weddings at Code’s Mill in Perth, Ontario a few times now, and it’s always such a dream venue to work in. The soft light pouring through the tall windows paired with the moody, historic interior creates such a romantic atmosphere for wedding photography. Just across the street, Stewart Park offers the most beautiful spot for portraits along the Tay River, making it easy to step away for a few quiet moments with gorgeous scenery. Even for winter weddings, Code’s Mill has plenty of cozy indoor corners and textured backdrops that make for stunning portraits without ever needing to step outside.
