Hi, I’m Kelsey, a wedding and lifestyle photographer with a passion for capturing real, authentic moments. My journey into full time photography began after I was unexpectedly laid off. What seemed like a setback turned into the greatest opportunity. I finally had the time to reconnect with my passions. Picking up a camera again reminded me how much I love capturing authentic emotion.
I was born and raised in a tiny town called Annapolis Royal right beside the Bay of Fundy in the beautiful province of Nova Scotia. Being surrounded by such stunning coastal scenery played a huge part in inspiring my love for storytelling.
After moving to Ottawa for university, I met my husband Adam, and together we eventually settled down in the charming town of Brockville with our miniature dachshund Zoe. When I'm not capturing love stories, you can usually find me on the couch watching Twilight for the 222nd time, or reading a romantasy (any fellow Sarah J Maas girlies out there?).
Travel and adventure hold a special place in my heart; I’m always up for a destination wedding! My happy place is the breathtaking Canadian Rocky Mountains, which I visit once a year to recharge and find fresh inspiration.
